When it comes time to look at properties Jeanette will help as much as you want, and intuitively knows when to give you space and not hover. She is very patient and accommodating with requests or odd questions (which she will find out for you). When the time came to put in an offer, she actually told us to ask for more with the house. To me that says that she cares about her clients, because it does not increase her commission. During the negotiations we went back to Georgia, while Jeanette took care of all the inspections, appraisals, finding contractors, and dealing with our bank!
